We do not build profiles nor make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose that justifies it: technical logs for short periods for security, and contact data while we handle your enquiry.
We do not sell or share your data. Only providers acting as data processors access it (e.g. infrastructure, CDN and analytics —Cloudflare—, and email), under contract and with GDPR safeguards. Where a provider involves international transfers, these rely on valid mechanisms (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). The list of sub-processors is in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@festivos.io. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
festivos.io uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Our traffic analytics (Cloudflare) is aggregated and uses no cookies, so it does not require your prior consent. Only strictly necessary cookies or local storage for the site to work (e.g. preferences or security) might be used, which are exempt from prior consent. If analytics or third-party cookies are added in the future, we will ask for your consent via a notice and update this policy.
